What We Do
Wildcat Business Computing is foremost a Managed Services Provider (MSP). Most of our clients rely on us to manage their IT systems for them, providing the required housekeeping, ensuring a backup regime and overseeing security. We act as their in-house IT department and interface with the end user via our helpdesk. Wildcat also offer first and second level support for businesses on an ad-hoc basis. Calls are simply raised through our ticket system either by email, phone call or using the web-form on this website. Our ticket system allows calls to be tracked until resolution.
Wildcat invests heavily in the latest tooling and remote support software so we can efficiently answer client requests. Our refined processes allow us to capture details of our clients’ I.C.T. environments so we can assist in capacity planning, licence compliance and asset tracking. The tooling enables us to be pro-active as well as reactive so we often know of issues and can effectively counter them often before the client is even aware of a problem.
